3 P's That Lead to Performance

What I have learned is there are 3 P's that lead to Performance: Perspective, Prioritizing, and Persistence.
Perspective: It's easy for someone looking in from the outside to persuade us what we can or cannot do, or for us to convince ourselves the same. It is all about perspective. If you tell yourself you are too busy and you can't accomplish something, you won't. If you replace the can't with can, you will. Simple as that! Perception becomes reality, and until you make that change, nothing will change itself.
Prioritizing: We all make time for what we consider to be priorities. Reflect back on a day you were running late for work, and you still stopped for coffee anyway. Why? Because you believed you NEEDED coffee and made it a priority to get some. Once you start prioritizing, you will find "things" just seem to fit in. Notice I didn't say give things up to have more time. You are simply redefining priorities and balancing to make it work.
Persistence: This is probably the most important of the 3 P's and deals with NOT giving up. There will be days when it may seem easier "to throw in the towel," but that gets you nowhere. Persistence
to continue in the most daunting times defines you. Keeping the end goal in mind will get you where you want to be. The power is within you, and persistence will take you far in life.
If you follow the 3 P's That Lead to
, you will be successful. In the end, It's All About Balance!
